All delegates who registered for the conference should now have recieved an initial confirmation letter followed by a Final Confirmation Letter. If you have not received this please email DCPConf@bps.org.uk

Car parking
There is no hotel car park. There are a number of car parks in very close proximity of the hotel, please contact the hotel on 0121 634 6200, selecting Option 5 for further details. The average charge is £16.00 per 24hours car parking.
On Arrival
Please report to the BPS Conferences Registration Desk which will be situated in the Albany Suite Foyer (1st Floor). All conference materials will be available from this desk.
The registration desk will be open at the following times throughout the conference.

Conference Registration: Wednesday 30th November: 5.30pm - 7.00pm

Conference Registration: Friday 2nd December: 8.30am - 1.30pm
To avoid queuing, we advise you to try and register on the Wednesday evening if possible.
Residential Delegates
If you have booked to stay at the Holiday Inn, you will be able to Check-in from 2.00pm and must Check-out by midday on the day of your departure. If you have booked your accommodation at the Holiday Inn (stated on your badge above), please visit the Hotel Website for further details on the hotel amenities. We are no longer taking accommodation bookings for the conference. If you wish to add any accommodation to your booking, you must contact the Holiday Inn on 0121 634 6202.
Alternative Accommodation
Alternative accommodation is available at nearby hotels. Please visit the conference website for further details.
Presenters
We ask that you pre-load your presentations in the nearest break to your session. Rooms will also be available from 8am on Thursday 1st December. Computers are set up to run Microsoft Office 2007 (including PowerPoint). Internet access will be available in all session rooms. There will be an LCD projector and laptop computer available for your use at the hotel, please bring your presentation on a USB pen. Please inform us of any further AV requirements (including use of sound clips in PowerPoint presentations) by 20th November. If you wish to have your presentation to be uploaded onto the conference website after the event, please send it to dcpconf@bps.org.uk
Poster Presenters
There are two poster sessions taking place during the conference at the following times:
• Thursday 1st December: 11.30-12.00 and 3.00-3.30pm
• Friday 2nd December: 11.30-12.00 and 3.00-3.30pm
We ask that you stand by your presentation for the duration of the poster session to answer questions. The poster prize will be awarded during the Wine and Canape reception.
Wine and Canape Reception
A wine and canape reception will take place from 6.30pm-7.30pm in the Albany Suite on Thursday 1st December and will be open to all delegates to attend. It will be a fantastic networking opportunity for you and a chance to speak with other delegates.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conference registration desk. Alternatively, you may request an email copy after the event.
